About Dr. Jamie Addlestone

Dr. Jamie Addlestone is UK-trained doctor, obtaining his Medical Degree and Master of Research degree with Distinction from the University of Manchester in 2013. After a 2-year stint in London hospitals, he ventured to the Gold Coast, where he spent four enriching years as an emergency medicine doctor. He returned to London and pursued specialization in General Practice, completing training in prominent London hospitals in specialties including sexual health, psychiatry, elderly care, dermatology, and paediatrics.

Dr Jamie holds fellowship with the Royal College of General practitioners in both the UK and Australia. In addition to working as GP, Dr Jamie is a medical aesthetics doctor and national trainer and splits his working week in General Practice and a Medical Aesthetics clinic. Dr Jamie’s special interests are in elderly care and chronic disease management, sexual health, mental health, and cosmetic dermatology, with a focus on lifestyle medicine.

Outside of medicine, Dr Jamie leads an active lifestyle and finds joy in scuba diving, staying fit through activities like CrossFit and running, and traveling. He is excited to be a part of the vibrant healthcare community here in Sydney.
